Our Story

Hello, Welcome!
          Wherever this journey takes you may it be a beautiful one, may your heart echo those words. My name is Maralen Dupuis and I am the flower farmer at Penny Isla Flower Farm. Never in a million years did I imagine a life like this one illuminating and intentional. My craft allows me to choose the most beautiful botanicals to care for them from seed to flower.
        Our farm started from a love of gardening. After my kids went to bed, I'd find myself researching plants and flowers for hours looking for uniqueness, meaning and beauty. We bought our home in 2015 and since then I have re-designed my garden space into a place of peace and happiness. A few years later our flower farm was born. The name Penny Isla, (pronounced eye-lah) is my daughter's name. She is the face in the sign holding tulips, our favorite flower. 
          On our farm we never use any type of chemicals/pesticides. Our greatest asset is to use our hands and believe mother nature has a way of restoring balance. My only mission is to bring joy to each individual who holds my precious blooms.
